Children Are A Blessing

For Christians, if children are considered a blessing, then doesn’t child support invalidate this scripture?

I mean it says it in the Bible but how can something be considered a blessing but it’s a financial burden, particularly for men, even in the cases in which the children were a product of a marriage but there was a divorce later. How can something be a blessing that can be used against you in the court of law today?

God has supported His children, and His word condemns anyone who does not support his own family. Why should there be any exception for people who don’t take marriage seriously?
